3. Project Terms

All design projects are subject to the following conditions:

• A detailed project brief must be provided before commencement
• Project timelines and deliverables will be agreed upon in advance
• Revisions are limited to the agreed project scope
• Additional revisions may incur extra charges

4. Payment Terms

• Payment terms will be discussed and agreed upon before project start
• A deposit may be required for larger projects
• Final deliverables will be provided upon full payment
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment:

• You receive full rights to use the final delivered designs
• We retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio and marketing
• Preliminary concepts and unused drafts remain our property

6. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete project information
• Respond to communications in a timely manner
• Supply required assets, content, and materials
• Review and approve work at agreed milestones

7. Cancellation and Refunds

• Projects may be cancelled with written notice
• Completed work up to the cancellation point will be billed
• Deposits are non-refundable
• Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for delays, losses, or damages caused by:

• Client-side delays or lack of communication
• Technical issues beyond our control
• Third-party services, platforms, or external links

9. Modifications to Terms
